Business Problem
The management tool includes with a centralized dashboard for all regions' billboards and a streamlined creation flow to accelerate content creation.
After launch this new tool, it optimizes operation teams' workflow, which resulting improves efficiency by 90% & cut down about 40% of the workforce

The PM and I both believe that building a management tool in the admin center to monitor and edit all billboards will avoid manual work, save time, and improve efficiency in the long term.
Design a centralized list view dashboard with functional filters for all regions' billboards and reach missions, improving navigation and presenting information clearly.

Easily create mission‘s content using templates and instantly preview changes in real-time.
Create, edit, and publish billboard content seamlessly. Preview changes in real-time as you modify content or reorder missions. Set specific publish times to support product launches or holiday needs.
Drag-and-drop interaction makes ordering more efficient & intuitive.
Based on the basic drag-and-drop component in the design system, I have made design changes to meet this specific product needs, including mission information, preview thumbnails, and operational controls for better operation.
After the billboard management tool was launched, the feedback from the operations team was extremely positive. They reported that it now takes less than 2hrs to update new content, and the entire process is very smooth and can be completed without too much support from other teams.
Many users mentioned that they would like to have a similar management tool for all outreach functions such as banners, notifications, popups, and emails. This would allow them to create and manage all content more efficiently and consistently.
